No. You can browse categories and read about services on this website without an account. An account is needed when you want to consult, because a consultation creates a clinical record.
What does it cost to use DropDr?
Downloading and searching is free. You pay for the consultation or service you book, at the applicable price shown before you confirm.
When do I need to verify my identity?
Only when you want a home visit. Someone is travelling to a private address, and verification protects them as much as you. Online consultations do not require it.
Can I choose which professional I see?
Yes, and that is the point. You browse, compare and choose. DropDr does not assign a professional to you — the choice, and therefore the control, stays with you.
What if I am not happy with a consultation?
You can rate and review a completed consultation, and raise a concern with DropDr. Complaints about clinical conduct can also go to the professional's registering body, which is the proper forum for them.
