Which devices are supported?
iPhone on iOS 13 or later, and Android 8.0 or later. Video consultations need a stable connection — Wi-Fi is more reliable than mobile data where you have the choice.
Does it cost anything?
The app is free. You pay only for a consultation or service you choose to book, at the applicable price shown before you confirm.
How much data does a consultation use?
A video consultation uses roughly what a video call uses — meaningful but not extreme. Audio-only consultations use considerably less, which is worth choosing on a tight data budget.
Can I use it in a browser instead?
Not yet. The web application is in development. See the web platform page.
Is my information secure?
Personal and health information is handled inside the app, encrypted in transit and at rest, and treated as special personal information under POPIA. See the privacy policy.
