Someone knows they are unwell but not which kind of professional to see. They do not know who is available, what it will cost, or whether the person will speak a language they can explain themselves in. They cannot take a day off work to queue, and they have no way to get there. So they wait — and a problem that was cheap to fix becomes one that is not.
DropDr exists to compress that. Search, compare, choose, consult, and continue to the prescription or the test — in one place, with the price visible before anyone commits.

This distinction is the foundation of how DropDr is built, and it is a legal position as much as a philosophical one. Under the National Health Act, an entity that provides health services is a health establishment and is regulated as one. DropDr is not that, and is structured so it never becomes that by accident.
