How far ahead can I book?
As far ahead as the professional has published slots. Some open a week at a time, others several weeks. What you see on the calendar is what is genuinely available.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Rescheduling and cancellation are handled in the app and depend on how much notice you give. The applicable terms are shown at the time of booking so there is no ambiguity later.
What happens if I miss the appointment?
A missed appointment may be treated as a completed consultation, because the professional held that time for you. The terms shown at booking set out what applies.
Will I get a reminder?
Yes. DropDr sends appointment reminders through the app, and by email or SMS as a fallback, timed so you have a chance to prepare or reschedule.
